Service Level Agreements & Undertaking to the Principle Employer:


SMKSPL has entered into the service level agreement with the Allcargo Logistics Ltd. to provide the requisite Manpower across India at their sites with Principle Employer i.e. Client.

SMKSPL ensure the compliance of all the statutory provisions applicable for the time being in force & accordingly giving undertaking cum Indemnity to the principle employer at the beginning of the contract for discharge of statutory obligation arises in pursuance of the contract with Allcargo Logistics Ltd.

Aside sharing the copies of our above credentials i.e PF Code, ESIC Code etc….



Monthly Compliance Audit by Allcargo Logistics & Principle Employer:


Allcargo audit team conducts monthly compliance audit, payroll audit. All monthly bills of SMKSPL are routed through audit team before making final payment. In short all bills are released post clearance of the audit only. Aside this SMKSPL has internal team visits all sites of Allcargo on quarterly basis for manpower audit and conducts open house meeting with the crew members.

Other than this the clients of Allcargo also do the audits of SMKSPL records and statutory compliances as and when required.
